Tour Minca - Bird Watching
Minca is the first town in the way to Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It is a little town at 650 m. over the sea level, at about one hour from Santa Marta. It is an ideal place to see some of the 162 species of birds that live in this area, such a tucanes, guacamayos and about 20 species of colibris, sparrows and many more.
The tour can be different types: starter, mediums and expert.
06.00 a.m. Depart from the hotel in 4×4 vehicle
07.00 a.m. Tour of bird watching of about 2-3 hours with a guide in the surroundings of Minca
09.30 a.m. Breakfast in a restaurant with views
11.00 a.m. Walk of 30 minutes to visit a beautiful waterfall and take a bath in the river
01.00 p.m. Way back to the area of Finca Barlovento to take a cold beer or soda and take a bath in the sea
