CANCELLATION POLICIES
- The charge is made at any time from the creation of the reservation, usually 30 to 15 days before your arrival.
- Cancellation without charge Low season without charge 15 days before your arrival and high season 30 days before your arrival.
- For groups occupying 2 rooms or more, in all hotels free cancellation up to 60 days before the reservation in all seasons. Otherwise, from 75% to 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
