Reservations, Payments, and Policies

Yes, you may modify dates or names depending on availability, but cancellation conditions and deadlines must still be respected.

Yes, we issue electronic invoices valid in Colombia. Please share your tax information at the time of payment or check-out.

Yes, an ID and a credit/debit card or cash deposit are required.

If you do not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Low season: free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.

High season: up to 30 days before arrival.

Groups (2 rooms or more): up to 60 days before arrival; after that, a 75–100% charge applies.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and authorized digital platforms. We do not offer installment payments.

Payment is processed at the time of booking or between 30 to 15 days before arrival.
